There are two periods during which new students are welcome to apply for enrollment at the Overtime School of Wrestling:
- Winter Enrollment, which runs from January 1 to January 31.
- Summer Enrollment, which runs from July 1 to July 31. For the new Crystal Lake location, summer enrollment has been extended into the month of August. Click on the application link at the bottom of the page. Naperville location enrollment is closed.
Application materials and consideration for enrollment of new students is not possible at any other time.
Please keep in mind that program enrollment is completed by application only. Class size is limited to ensure and maintain high quality training and instruction. Many current students renew yearly and the demand for year-round training exceeds class size limitations. As a result not all enrollment applications and/or desired program selections can be accepted.
1. The online application must be filled out completely to be submitted.
2. An active and valid e-mail address must be entered on the application to successfully submit your materials.
3. Please be patient while all enrollment materials are reviewed and program acceptance and placement is decided.
All enrollment status letters are sent out within two weeks after the end of the new student enrollment period (by February 15 for Winter Applications & by August 15 for Summer Applications).
Inquiries about enrollment consideration criteria and phone calls regarding enrollment application status cannot be returned due to administrative staffing limitations.
4. Notification of enrollment status into one of the programs at Overtime will be mailed with an enrollment contract and waiver form to be signed and returned with a deposit and/or an auto pay form or full tuition payment.
To ensure a student's class space, it is important that the contract, waiver, and deposit are returned to the Overtime mailing address within 10 business days of the stamped post date of the enrollment materials.
