Overtime School of Wrestling

Welcome to Overtime

Established in 2001, The Overtime School of Wrestling brings together young athletes from the Chicagoland area who share the goal of achieving excellence in the sport of wrestling. This common goal unites Overtime students in friendship and camaraderie as they invest countless hours of training and sacrifice together. It is the relentless pursuit of this goal, and a commitment to bringing their absolute best, that distinguishes these young athletes from their competition.

Overtime's coaching staff includes former world-class wrestlers who competed at the highest levels of collegiate and freestyle wrestling.  These coaches have dedicated their lives to helping young athletes grow personally and competitively through the sport of wrestling.  Wrestlers at Overtime develop solid technique and competitive mental composure on the mat, along with the confidence, leadership, self-discipline, and strong work ethic needed for success in life.

The alumni of the Overtime School of Wrestling include FILA World Medalists, Olympic & World Team Members, NCAA National Champions & All-Americans, USA Wrestling Junior & Cadet National Champions & All-Americans, and over 150 IKWF & IHSA State Champions.  Many of these athletes still train with the coaching staff at Overtime in their pursuit to reach the highest levels of wrestling in the world.
